This room addition features a 9 ft full basement with walk out concrete precast steps. It is a 550 sq ft addition with approx 16 ft ceiling height. Custom display of picture and arch top windows make for a great view from inside or outside. New roof on whole house as well as new replacement windows. Updates will be posted at as they evolve.
